Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, or the weight of past trauma? You may be navigating the challenges of foster care or adoption, parenting a neurodivergent child, or facing a new chapter in life—like starting college, going through a divorce, managing chronic illness, or adjusting to retirement. Whether you’re a teen transitioning into adulthood, a parent supporting a struggling child, or someone confronting the complexities of aging, you deserve support that truly meets you where you are.
I am a trauma-informed therapist who recognizes the lasting impact of trauma and life stressors. My work is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where healing can begin. I meet clients of all ages with empathy and tailor each session to support emotional growth, mental well-being, and lasting change.
I work with individuals and families across the lifespan—from toddlers and young children to preteens, adolescents, adults, and elders. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating identity and pressure at school, or an older adult facing the emotional realities of aging and change, I offer developmentally appropriate, compassionate care.
My approach is collaborative and creative. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. I also incorporate Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Play Therapy when working with young children and families, as well as Family Systems Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support relational growth and practical problem-solving. I integrate creativity into the therapeutic process—including drawing, painting, crafts, music, and movement—to help clients process emotions when words are not enough.
If you’re ready to begin a new chapter in your healing journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s talk about how therapy could work for you.
