Debby Linse, MS, PLMHP, NCC
With over 27 years of experience as a nurse, Debby brings a unique and compassionate perspective to mental health care—particularly in supporting the emotional challenges faced by medical professionals, first responders, children, and adolescents. Her extensive background as a school nurse has equipped her with the skills to connect deeply with young clients and their families, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
Debby specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, abuse, and depression. She is trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), with advanced training in EMDR Sandtray and intensive specialization in Child EMDR. These approaches help children process trauma, strengthen self-esteem, and improve behavior in a safe, supportive environment. In addition, Debby utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to create individualized treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.
Based at our satellite clinics in Stuart and O’Neill, Nebraska, Debby offers both in-person and telehealth services, working with clients of all ages. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a strong commitment to fostering healing and resilience.
Motivated by a desire to enhance her ability to support others, Debby made an intentional transition from nursing to mental health. She is passionate about making a meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.
