Managing Stress & Creating Calm

Stress is a part of daily living.  It helps motivate us to face challenges, but often our body’s reactions to stress creates distress that may become difficult to manage.  Participants will learn the signs of stress, the physical and mental impact of stress as well as strategies to manage stress.
